FMBA Strength and Conditioning Program
Head Instructor: Brad MacInnis, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Okotoks Dawgs Baseball Academy
To those involved with the Foothills Minor Baseball Association, are you looking for a Strength and Conditioning Coach? As it is important for all athletes to have a solid foundation built within their field of practice Brad is offering the opportunity to train with him. Brad will be offering times to individuals in a 1-on-1 or group setting. The program will include a FREE consultation to those interested as all programs will be personalized to fit the athlete’s needs. This consultation will give me an opportunity to meet the athlete and with the parents go over the goals, how the program will look as well as times available and come up with a schedule that works for all.
Here is an outline of the services Brad will be providing,
Proper Warm up/Cool down routine
Times available upon request and will be on a first come first serve basis. Time slots will either be based on once or twice a week with a take home workout.(This will be explained during the Consultation). Duration of consultation will be 1 hour.
Cost: Cost will be $200 for 10 sessions (1.5 hrs each) which is once a week with a take home workout. $300 for 20 sessions (1.5 hrs each) which is twice a week and a take home workout.
Training will take place at the Duvernay Fieldhouse (Right beside Seaman Stadium in Okotoks).

Coach MacInnis joined the Dawgs Academy in 2014 as full time, year round, Strength and Conditioning Coach. Brad is a Certified Personal Trainer and has been working as a strength and conditioning coach over the past several years. Coach MacInnis developed the complete Strength & Conditioning Program over the past off season for the Dawgs Academy with an emphasis not only on strength and power, but also on athleticism and injury prevention.
