WHO - All ability and skill levels, BASEBALL AND FASTPITCH PLAYERS, Ages 7-14+

WHAT - Getting ready for the 2024 'ball season!

• Warmups
• Proper arm care and preparation
• Throw & catch progression
• Development of executable game skills
• Defensive situations
• The offensive game
• Teaching toward 'athleticism' and 'mechanics'
• Game play
• Athletes will be placed in effective working groups

WHEN - April 2nd - 4th, Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday Mornings

• Group 1 (Ages 7-10) @ 9:00 - 10:45am
• Group 2 (Ages 11-14+) @ 11:00am - 12:45pm

WHERE - CAVALRY Fieldhouse, Aldersyde
